• Bosch integrated appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/oven combination, and a coffee machine.
• An HST sliding door on the terrace.
• Many details, such as a 3D panel wall, kitchen ceiling paneling, bedroom headboard paneling, TV stand, and kitchen panel integrated LED strips.
• The house is heated with direct electric heating.
